General Information

Arrival & Departure

All properties will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.

Keys arrangements

Please telephone 01584 861617 before arrival to make final key arrangements.

Deposit

A 20% deposit is required to confirm any bookings, once the deposit is recieved confirmation booking form will be sent out, all provisional bookings will be held for a time of 24hrs up to a week or to be arranged.

Damages Deposit

A damages deposit of £250 will be required for large parties. This will be refunded if there is no damage to the property.

Final Payment

A’ Balance Due’ form will be sent out as a reminder and will need to be paid one month before the booking date.

Cancellation / Change of booking

Only if we managed to fill the holiday booking will we consider a refund on the balance, the deposit will not be returned but could be transferred to another booking at a £20.00 charge.

Loss of Property

We have a lost property box which holds left items for up to 3 months. After this time if the items have not been claimed by the owner they will given to charity or destroyed.

Pets

Well-trained dogs (maximum of two) are accepted on the condition that they are not allowed on the furniture and especially the beds nor left unattended in the property. A charge of £25.00 per dog per visit is charged.
